1. Definitions

Where prohibited conduct is identified, yx777 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the relevant account, forfeit any balance held therein, void all pending bets, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities where legally required.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the PKR Wallet may be withheld pending investigation. 14. Amendments to These Terms
